What is The Rendezvous? It's a telephone gathering of REAL Women, like you, coming together to learn, share, listen, and talk. Lead by Susan Robinson, REAL Woman and Coach, the Rendezvous will be a little different each month.
We'll invite interesting guests to talk with us; we'll share experiences; we'll get new ideas and new tools to take back into our every-day life. The Rendezvous will provide a forum for you to gather with other women, gain perspective, get clear on what you desire, and help you in areas of your life where you might lack freedom, creativity, or power. Think of the Rendezvous as a retreat or a vacation without having to pack or travel!

Life Coaching
When it’s time to make a change in your life, which includes all of your Three Bodies, you’re going to a place you’ve never been before. Think of it like this:
You want to hike or climb to the top of a mountain - something you’ve never done before. You don’t know much about hiking or climbing… You just know that want to see what it’s like up there! You tell yourself: “Someday, I’m going to get up there!” As you make this promise to yourself, you have no idea how you’ll accomplish your goal… it seems far-fetched and really, almost unrealistic!
You decide to hire a guide who can help you get there. Your guide has extensive experience in hiking, reading maps and route-finding, and everything involved in taking on a hike such as this. As you commence this adventure, you know that the guide has your best interests at heart, that you are free and able to do your part (like enjoying the scenery and carrying your supplies). Throughout the hike, you and your guide monitor the conditions in the sky and on land, and use the map and trail to navigate up the mountain - choosing the best route together, and handle everything that comes up that could detract from your experience or slow you down; even more, your guide helps you know exactly what to do in each moment and is your resource for any questions as you go.
As you complete the final ascent to the summit and take the last steps that will bring you the view you’ve dreamt of for so long - you find yourself anticipating the view with the excitement and thrill that comes from enjoying a new experience you’ve planned and worked for. At the top, you finally get the view you’ve been anticipating! You discover you can see everything, all around, for 360 degrees and you realize there is so much to see! So many possibilities! So much more you want to do! With this broader view of your surroundings, you are exhilarated by the choices available to you. A whole new world has opened up for you.
On the descent, you begin to plan your next challenge; and why not? You are confident you can apply the lessons from this experience to accomplish anything you set your sights on!

Fundamentally Fit For Life™: A 12-Month Integrative Fitness Program
The core of my work is what I call “Three Bodies”, or body / mind / spirit coaching. And Fundamentally Fit for Life™ is my signature program. This comprehensive, individualized, 12-month program merges life coaching, honoring your mind and spirit, with physical fitness training over the course of a year to help you build a foundation of lasting habits and develop a toolbox of skills that will lead you to living the life you LOVE!
This is LIFE TRAINING at the University Level!
Every woman that is on the path to a full, complete, life will find this course ‘basic training’ - ensuring she has the tools to be all she can / and wants to be!
And, you can participate wherever you live, because it’s a tele-course!
As a program participant, you’ll develop and sustain a new attitude about yourself and your life through new patterns of behavior that bring forth a fit body; fit mind; AND fit spirit. Through an integrative approach, we’ll merge physical training with mind and spirit training (life training through live coaching) to support you in breaking through the barriers that have you stuck in unhealthy habits and leading a life that doesn’t serve your fitness.
We consider each of your Three Bodies to help you understand the bigger picture of what’s happening to prevent you from living the life you want. This type of discovery process includes identifying where you want to be, the barriers you’re facing, the beliefs that are sabotaging your progress, the habits that aren’t supporting you, the thought patterns and language you are using daily that are undermining your commitment to bettering your life, and developing strategies that will support you in your desired goals. We use the 12 Building Blocks to Leading a Life You Love and other material from the REAL Women toolbox, such as how to develop confidence and self esteem, and weave them throughout the teachings consistently. In any holistic program such as this, it is vital to include your spirit. We learn methods that will help you develop a lasting connection with yourself and you’ll explore how you connect with what I call source energy. There are personal rituals that can help you to enhance these connections, including meditation, breath-work and integration exercises. You’ll find what works for you to connect with your ‘source energy’ as the program moves forward.
At the same time, we are working on how to take care of your physical body in a way that supports your desired goals and will sustain you throughout your life. We’ll be learning exercises that will produce REAL physical results and have you feeling great! We’ll also learn how to fuel your body in a way that serves you.

Once each month, you’ll have a personal coaching call with me where you’ll get individualized attention and coaching that will support you to stay focused and moving forward.
Twice a month, I offer a group call for all Fundamentally Fit for Life™ participants where you can meet other women going through their own process to become “Fundamentally Three Bodies Fit”. I share information that comes from what I see most people working with at that time to give you targeted knowledge and resources you can use, and answer questions live during that call. During these group calls, we share our own experiences with the program and learn new techniques for powerful and positive thinking, and how to incorporate them into our lives for success.

Physical training is a great access point to the training of the whole person (mind and spirit). The lessons in the physical training portion of the program are powerful and concrete, and are integrated into a unique physical fitness program that is tailored for the REAL Woman, and modeled on the foundations of a core strength and conditioning program called CrossFit*.
You’ll get complete instructions on how to get started with the physical, as well as the mind-spirit portions of the program - just know that you’ll have short, effective workouts that get you RESULTS fast! Depending on where you live, you have the following supported workout options within this program:
If you are local to San Diego, you can elect to have Physical Training in a small group (no more than 4 women) at my private gym 2x/week. Let me know if you are considering this option.

Physical Training
On-Site Physical Training (San Diego area)
It always helps to have expert guidance, support and motivation when taking action to improve your health and fitness through exercise. A professional trainer knows how to identify areas of weakness, change up your routine and when to push you, and helps keep you going beyond your comfort zone to achieve real breakthroughs. I work with people individually, 1:1, or in small groups, 2:1, 3:1 or even 4:1 (for example, you and your best friends). The advantage to the small groups is the shared experience, group support and, honestly, a shared expense. A single session can do a lot to get you “jump-started” or to revamp your existing routine, or can be focused on helping you learn new exercises. The packages allow for building your physicality and core strength over a “burst” period of time; that is, these packages must be used within a 30-day period (or, calendar month, if you prefer to think of it that way).
