A few years ago, after nearly 20 years in a medical career as a Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant, I quit my job. While I knew I made a difference every day in my work, I longed for the freedom to create something that made the world a better place.
As I worked through my own questions, I began coaching others in similar life transitions and I’ve developed techniques and programs in which you’ll be able to integrate the mind - body - spirit components of yourself for the success you are seeking. You’ll have the experience of being connected to your ‘self’ and others - and you’ll ‘have’ whatever it is you are focused on.
By working with me, you’ll build personal character and integrity, and expand yourself beyond what you thought possible – you’ll develop personal skills and an attitude that will support you in reaching success, however you define it. You’ll find yourself being more creative. Your life will get more interesting. The world will seem to open up for you

I created REAL Women Enterprises™ to influence the way women see themselves and their potential, effectively transforming the culture of women for future generations. By creating a ‘sisterhood’ and a bond among women that is authentic, strong, and lasting, REAL Women Enterprises™ shifts the way women see themselves, other women, and what is possible when women are confident, empowered, and aligned with each other. REAL Women Enterprises™ provides Integrative Coaching (professional life coaching enhanced by physical training), and life adventures for women to hone skills that empower them in all areas of their lives, which allows them to see new opportunities and experience results beyond their wildest dreams.
I live in beautiful San Diego, California, where I enjoy surfing, beach and trail-running, archery, and exploring the Baja California Peninsula and the Sierra Nevada Mountains. I love making my garden my place of serenity and spending free time with good friends, new friends, animal friends, and family.
Someone said to me a while back that I had hope... he was referring to what he thought was my 'hope' for the future....
I don’t have 'hope'; I ‘believe’.
I possess an amazing ability to believe.
And, I see now that I believed in what I could accomplish with someone else.
I haven't given myself that same unwavering believing...
until now
I believe. I believe in myself.
All disbelievers must get out of the way because I will accomplish what I am wanting.
'Hope' is passive. Hope is, well, ‘hope’. As in, “I hope it works out”, or “I hope I pass the exam”.
Belief is active and creative.
A believer speaks differently than one with hope.
A believer says ‘It will work.” “I will pass exam.” In those statements there are promises.
A believer brings herself to the present and makes a promise with her words about what will happen.
A believer believes because they have told themselves something is true.
A believer expects.
I am turning my powerful ability to believe on myself, and what I want to accomplish!
Forget everyone else.
Believe in yourself! Make your beliefs come alive in what you say to yourself and others.
Keep your word to yourself; get out of your own way.
You'll be unstoppable.
